I liked the "welcome" of the Front Office Team, especially Mrs Mariam (if I am correct) she was very professional & helpful, as well as Mrs. Mounira, HouseKeeper at my 11th floor, she was extremely good & caring. I don't want to forget all the F&B young staff members who were also very prompt & good at what they were doing. I really like the hotel & will certainly make it my next stay in Cairo.
